Another day off today. Still fine weather, though like many mornings it was a bit overcast, with the sun burning off the cloud by mid-day. Last night was quite a hoot as for the first time we had a parliament of owls (yes I looked up the collective noun) talking to each other. There were at least three - it is odd as we hadn’t heard them at all before now but they were making a fair racket.
We repeated our walk of a few days ago, though in the opposite direction today. It takes spot on an hour for the 6km. Into town for the daily bread, then back to our house for reading, blog and Karen for a number of hours working on her book.
