A bit of a quiet day today. Spent a chunk of the morning tidying and cleaning the house, doing the washing and other mundane things. Karen yet again did more work on the book, this time checking out an email from the publisher who is going through the book now. This took until 2pm, when I took over the computer and updated the diary/blog with about five days worth.
We seem to have accumulated a whole load of food and drink, so didn’t buy any more, and concentrated on eating and drinking our way through as much as we could.
Lorcan and Valerie turned up late as expected, and we had a good talk before retiring. They have not yet managed to make any bookings for their trip to
